Purpose of the Qualification:
In this training program trainee will learn and acquire specialized knowledge and particle skills required to function as a Food Processing and Packaging Technician in food industry. Technician will be responsible to follow the process and procedures involved in the food processing, preservation, control food hazards, ensure safety and hygiene as well as safe food packaging of finished products as per industry SOPs. Food processing Technicians are involved to maintain personal safety, maintenance of equipment and also ensure quality work
